Joshua Beard

Mr. Beard spent the majority of his childhood in West Palm Beach, FL.  After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Florida Atlantic University, he graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI in 2009.   

During law school, Mr. Beard participated in Mock Trial and Moot Court, worked as a grade appeals magistrate, and trained in alternative dispute resolution.  Mr. Beard received a Book Award for his pre-trial skills, was a teaching assistant, and completed a legal externship at the law firm of Arnold & New before graduating.

Mr. Beard began working at the Arnold Law Firm in 2009.  Mr. Beard has represented clients in the fields of Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Education Law, Employment Law, Bankruptcy, and Probate.  Mr. Beard is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and in the Middle District of Florida.  Mr. Beard is married and has one son.
